Vacation Rental Guide
Description: CENTURY 21 Rehoboth Bay Realty, Co. Short Term / Vacation Rental Guide CHECK-IN Check-In time is 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM. Identification may be required at check-in, and keys will be given to those indicated on the "reservation confirmation". If you are running late call so that arrangements can be made for you. If any damages are found upon your initial inspection notify us immediately so that you are not held responsible. All rentals require a security deposit of at least $300. Security deposit will be used only in the event of damages, extra cleaning, and or unnecessary call to the property. You are financially responsible for all damage, extra cleaning, and unnecessary service during the occupancy. CHECK-OUT Check-Out time is PROMPTLY at 10:00 AM at the office that you checked -in. You must return all Keys, Passes and Permits at this time. There is a key drop box for early departures. We require that you return the property in the same condition it was found. We do not expect heavy cleaning tasks however please remember to: 1. Replace bedspreads, and return all furnishing to their original positions. 2. Dishes and cookware cleaned and put away. 3. Trash collected, bagged and put out for pickup. 4. The refrigerator emptied and wiped out. 5. Counter, tabletops, and appliances wiped off. 6. Floors and carpet broom clean. 7. Check for personal belongings. 8. Set AC to 78 degrees. 9. Close and lock all windows and doors. 10. Check again for personal belongings. If these items are left for the cleaners or if excessive cleaning is required, you will be billed for the amount above normal. You are financially responsible for damages to the property during your visit. The first business day after check-out, security deposits will be returned if no charges apply. If charges apply, a bill will be sent to you and any balance of your deposit forwarded promptly. Guests are to provide towels, sheets, blankets, paper products, cleaning and laundry supplies. In some cases TVs, radios and or VCRs are provided. If this equipment is available we can not guarantee them. We recommend that guests bring a portable TV, VCR, and radio of needed. AGENCY RELATIONSHIP CENTURY 21 Rehoboth Bay Realty, Co. (Agent) has an agency relationship with the fiduciary responsibility to the Owner of our properties. The Agent has been hired and paid by the Owner for services rendered. The Agent is always representing the best interest of the Owner in all negotiation regarding rental properties. |
