Description: For Year Round Landlords At CENTURY 21 Rehoboth Bay Realty, Co. we work very hard to provide individualize service to each of our year round landlord clients. The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, and handicap. As your agent we screen each candidate for credit worthiness, and employment history. Our goal is to find you the best qualified tenant. Once we have placed a tenant we collect the rent, promptly mail you your rental payment, and at the end of each year provide you with a 1099 for your tax return. Our office will take all maintenance and emergency calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Calls received after hours and on holidays will be received and returned as soon as possible. To qualify as one of our year round rentals you must; Have all systems in good working order Have the property fresh & clean from top to bottom Have Separate utilities Meet or exceed all legal requirements What to expect from your rental property; Rent is due by the 5th of each month A 5% late can be added after the 5th of the month Checks are sent to the Landlord on or about the 10th of each month Commission is deducted from the each payment made by the tenant 1099¿s are sent out in January Security deposit is held by CENTURY 21 Rehoboth Bay Realty, Co.
